Classes
Check out what we have to offer. As a reminder, with all LiftED classes we work monthly educational topics into our sessions. This ensures our members get the most out of their time with us and are able to take home valuable lessons for how to train, eat, think, and be the best version of yourself. All you have to do is show up, we take care of the rest.
Lifted Strength
Our LiftED Strength classes will consist of a primary strength movement with some functional bodybuilding accessory work to get the most out of your time lifting with us. Many classes will feature an end of class functional fitness style workout.
Lifted Fitness
If you want to increase your capacity and improve your endurance inside and outside of the gym this class is for you. You’ll find a traditional mix of CrossFit that is less focused on gymnastics and olympic lifting and more focused on functional movement patterns.
Lifted Sweat
Our LiftED sweat classes are designed to burn maximum calories while keeping you engaged and moving well. These are fun workouts, with varying rep schemes, time domains, and challenging programming blocks. Expect something different every weekend, bring extra water.
Open Gym
You do you, our open gym sessions are time slots where we give access to our gym to our members. During open gym sessions there is no coach available at the gym but we are available via our Wodify app for questions with programming or the facility itself.
