Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

MetFix

Education meets Fitness with our MetFix class sessions. These 75 minute classes have a breakout sessions dedicated to a key wellness topic as well as a training component.

Open Gym

You do you, our open gym sessions are time slots where we give access to our gym to our members. During open gym sessions there is no coach available at the gym.
