Jorge Rodriguez (Owner/Coach)

Jorge is a certified Advanced Strength and Conditioning coach whose passion for fitness began at age 14. He started his CrossFit journey in 2013, and since then it has transformed his health, performance, and overall approach to life and work. That experience ultimately inspired him to open a gym dedicated to helping others discover what fitness can do for them.

Jorge believes deeply in the power of training to change lives and is passionate about creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where athletes of all levels can grow. He thrives in competitive settings and enjoys pushing limits through challenging workouts and game-based training.

His goal is simple: help people build confidence, improve performance, and unlock their potential through fitness.

Jess Hurd - Coach

CrossFit Level 2, Advanced Strength & Conditioning, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Gymnastics Level 1

Jess is a CrossFit Level 2 coach with additional certifications in Advanced Strength and Conditioning, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Gymnastics Level 1. She brings a strong focus to strength development, movement quality, and scalable programming for a wide range of athletes, informed by her own experience competing in CrossFit.

Alongside adult coaching, Jess also works extensively with children and youth athletes, focusing on off-season athletic development, movement fundamentals, and building confidence through training.

She has also pursued additional education in Olympic weightlifting, including an international seminar in Malta led by a bronze medal Olympic weightlifter, which has further refined her approach to barbell technique and coaching detail.

Jess works full time in Healthcare Operations, bringing a structured and systems-driven approach to athlete development and programming.
